Terms and Conditions for International Orders

1. International Shipping
We ship to various countries from Colombia through our logistics partner FedEx. The estimated delivery time is 8 to 10 business days, depending on the destination and local logistics conditions.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status in real time.

2. Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees:
For all purchases shipped outside of Colombia, the customer is responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges required by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. If payment of such charges is necessary for the release of the order, the customer must handle it directly with the customs authority or shipping carrier.
Vera & Estopa does not offer refunds for any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees under any circumstances.

3. Package Release:
Payment of these charges is required for the order to be released and delivered. If payment is not completed, the package may be held by customs or returned. Vera & Estopa is not responsible for such situations.

4. Notifications and Tracking:
We recommend that customers regularly check their email and/or text messages, as shipping carriers in many countries notify recipients of any pending charges required for package release.
Vera & Estopa is not responsible for delays, returns, or additional costs resulting from unpaid customs charges.

5. Return and Exchange Policy:
If you would like to exchange the size or item, you may do so within 5 days of receiving your order, provided the product is in perfect condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including the return of the original item and the shipment of the new one.

6. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable, even if the package is returned or refused in the destination country.
